All hoodies are custom, one size and meant to be an oversized style/fit. Be sure to wash inside out on cold and alone for the first wash+allow to air dry or dry on low heat if you prefer to maintain the oversized style. 

Our Palo Santo smudge sticks are a wild tree native to the countries of Ecuador & Peru. It is most often encountered in the form of its heartwood. The wood is commonly burned in a nature similar to incense by allowing the smoke to cleanse an area. Its essence is believed to energetically clear a space of any lingering stagnant energy. This heavenly aromatic wood has been used for generations, and we work passionately to protect its place within contemporary conscious culture.

Take one stick and light it with a candle, match or lighter. Allow to burn for 30 seconds to a minute, then carefully blow it out. Move around the space in which you wish to clear/purify the energy - be it your bedroom, office, car or your entire home - cleansing your crystals and in preparation for meditation - allowing the smoke to waft around each area. Place the unlit stick onto a clean dish or abalone shell to be used again the following day. Remember to always exercise care and caution with working with fire.
